1. AGREEMENT OVERVIEW
This Luxury Transportation Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Black Diamond Executive (“Company”) and the client (“Client”) for the provision of private luxury transportation services.
By booking services, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Black Diamond Executive provides luxury chauffeur-driven transportation services including, but not limited to:
- Airport transportation
- Corporate & executive travel
- Events & special occasions
- Private charter services
Vehicle type: Luxury Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van
3. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
- Hourly Rate: $150 per hour
- Deposit: $150 (required to secure booking)
- Minimum Time: As specified at booking
- Special Packages: Subject to availability and promotional terms
All deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balances must be paid prior to or at the start of service.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service will result in forfeiture of deposit.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
- Respect the vehicle and chauffeur
- Follow all safety instructions
- Be responsible for any damage caused by Client or passengers
Cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess, spills, or smoke odor.
6. CONDUCT & SAFETY
- No illegal substances permitted in the vehicle
- Smoking is strictly prohibited
- Alcohol is permitted only where legal and responsibly consumed
The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate service without refund for unsafe or illegal behavior.
7. LIABILITY
Black Diamond Executive is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond Company control.
Client assumes full responsibility for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
10. ACCEPTANCE
By booking services or submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in full.
